What does a Process Mining Check cost?
A fixed price that we agree after the intro call, before any work starts. The intro call itself is non-binding.
Which data do you need?
An export from the system where the process is recorded, for example ERP, CRM, a ticket system or Excel. We tell you exactly which fields we need.
What happens to our data?
We sign a confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement. Your data is analysed on a computer in Switzerland and deleted when the work is done.
Which companies is it for?
For SMEs with processes that repeat often and are recorded in a system, for example quotes, orders, work reports and invoices in trades, construction, retail or services.
Do you replace our existing software?
No. We look at where work between your programs is still done by hand and close exactly those gaps.
Do you come on site?
Yes. In the Schaffhausen region we are happy to come to you for the intro call; otherwise we talk by video.
